I'm Caryn, I work with business owners and founders who are carrying a lot—competing priorities, growth, and change — and want their work to move forward with more clarity and less frustration.
My background spans project leadership, human resources, and organizational work, which gives me a strong foundation in both execution and people dynamics. I’m especially good at helping leaders step out of the weeds of internal projects, clarify what actually matters, and move important work forward without constant course correction.
Earlier in my previous careers, I served as a military officer and worked as a strategic HR planner in government. Those experiences shaped how I operate today — steady under pressure, thoughtful in decision-making, and focused on creating structure that supports people rather than overwhelms them.
Clients often tell me they value my ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and bring calm, practical direction to their situations. I enjoy partnering with high-level entrepreneurs — often introverted, fast-moving thinkers — who are ready to move complex initiatives forward.
Outside of work, I’m a mom, reader, and traveler who values simplicity and balance. I enjoy unwinding with a good book, the occasional K-drama, and exploring new places with my son.
